This is part of a a shoot I styled with Ian that just ran in SELF Magazine’s July issue. When we were brainstorming ideas for this shoot I had so many different thoughts on concepts, locations, & wardrobe, that I had to force myself into narrowing it all down to fit into a one day shoot – which was hard!
But finding the perfect surfer girl to be the model ended up being easy. I kept seeing this amazing girl around our beach town, riding her bike in a bikini with her surfboard tucked under her arm, and I knew we had to have her. When I jumped out of the car & ambushed her (like a crazy person), she was totally into it and ended up spending an amazing day with us shooting some pretty cool images. So thanks to Bridget for running off with us and braving 57 degree water in only a bikini – you RULE. xx

working with you and Ian that day was an amazing experience full of fun!!! I was having so much fun with you two that i didnt even realize the water was so cold!!! you two are an awesome team who truly know how to be cool and fun yet professional and classy!!!
