Pretty Rad

Some people have their high school reunions. Pro skateboarders have the Skateboard Hall of Fame Awards  and the Vans Protec Pool Party with a premiere of the new Bones Brigade movie thrown in as the cherry on top. Got to see friends I have not skated with in forever, spent 3 days doing what we all love best – talk skateboarding, honor our peers, watch our boys kick ass skating the Protect Contest at Van’s Skatepark, have Mr. Steve Van Doren cook us all hot dogs (how many owners of companies do you ever see cooking for their guests??) and have a private showing of insanely rad, Bones Brigade movie. Totally takes me back. Love to everyone who was there, and those who couldn’t make it,  I hope to see you next year!  xx
